St. Joseph College of Nursing Mbaise would like you to join our team of nurse and midwife educators that will teach NMCN General Nursing and Basic Midwifery curriculum content and prepare students for the NMCN final qualifying exam.
You bring your nursing knowledge, teaching and clinical experience and we will provide you with the most up-to-date nursing education resources to develop course outline, power points and lecture notes.
The qualified candidate will have:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, Master’s degree is preferred
- Nurse or Midwife educator license with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria
- At least one year of general medical, adult, or pediatric patient care experience (excluding preceptorship/internship)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent focus and attention to detail
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines
- The ability to provide, receive, and respond to feedback positively
